Norma is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, proficient in both English and Spanish, practicing in California and Oregon. She holds a strong passion for supporting expectant mothers, current mothers, and couples as they navigate the complexities of parenthood. Norma's expertise lies in addressing and healing generational trauma that profoundly influences the experience of parenting. Additionally, she has a keen focus on assisting individuals and couples in managing the challenges of parenthood while prioritizing maternal mental health and overall well-being.
Norma’s approach is highly individualized, integrating evidence-based techniques to help people achieve their full potential. Her modalities include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered, Solution Focused, and Strength Based all while maintaining a culturally sensitive approach. She has advanced training in relationships, trauma, immigration evaluations, and maternal mental health.

Jasmine is passionate about working with clients struggling with complex trauma, eating disorder, mood dysregulation, and anxiety. She uses a multi-modal approach, integrating therapies intuitively and clinically appropriate to meet the complex needs of each client. She also utilizes approaches from dance/movement therapy into practice to help inform clients of the mind and body connection, to build self-awareness, and cope with nervous system dysregulation caused by trauma.
Jasmine believes that all clients have a will to meaning and have the opportunity to self-actualize and transcend, despite past traumas.
